I have the same keyboard - Logitech Internet cordless, 1500, M/N Y-RAS79. Used it for couple of years without problems. But suddenly the function keys wouldn't work Took me a lot of experimenting, but eventually found that the problem occurred after using Hibernation. Only remedy was to to go back to a restore point, before the problem. However, using the link, given above, downloading the software - and overwriting my newer driver - cured the problem. Thanks!

I found your comment because my keyboard was locked in Enhanced Function Keys Mode; therefore all usual Function keys (such as F2 to edit XL formulae) were unactive.
I found a way to reset this by just pressing 2 seconds on the receiver's connect button.
However, I still don't know how I got into the EFK Mode. If anybody knows...

BTW, I found how to configure a custom menu with the Home Key (the one with the house but you may use any custom key) to open a variety of frequently used folders with SetPoint; very useful !
